Consignment/ Seller Agreement

Ownership & authority; acceptance at MEW discretion; $500+ raw; raw/unaltered only.

Services: intake, gentle cleaning, grading (1–10), encapsulation, auction placement.

Commission: 19% of final auction price; deducted after payment to MEW.

Costs: ineligible shipment handling + return shipping/insurance; owner-initiated returns pre-auction pay shipping/insurance.

Payment of proceeds: net after 19%; USD unless otherwise noted.

Title & risk: you hold title until sale; risk—owner to MEW, MEW insured at custody and outbound.

No guarantees.

Company-owned marketing submissions disclosed and segregated; no self-bidding.

Disputes/returns per auction partner policy.

Liability cap: declared raw value or insurance recovery. Governing law/venue; entire agreement.
