What qualifies
- Market-recognized, high-demand items
- Key WOTC-era, iconic rookies, chase/alt-arts
- Low-pop variants, notable promos
- Recent sales showing $500+ raw
- Clean presentation and demand
Estimating raw value
- Match exact set/variant/language/auto
- Use recent sales and average when possible
- Adjust for condition
- Enter numbers only (e.g., 725)
What to submit
Per card:
- Card name (year, set, number/variant)
- Your condition estimate (1–10)
- Approximate raw value (USD)
- Optional notes (value rationale, rarity context)
Ineligible items
- Altered/restored cards
- Counterfeits/customs/test prints not market-recognized
- Severe damage undermining auctionability
- Insufficient documentation for unusual promos/errors
Ineligible shipments
Submissions deemed clearly ineligible are subject to a variable handling fee and return shipping/insurance costs. All such charges are the owner's responsibility.
Edge cases
- No bundling to meet $500 minimum
- Historically important but thinly traded items considered at MEW's discretion
